Marro's Sands is a very quiet beach, with few (if any) - due to the long walk. The beach is about 1.5 miles long, flat and sandy with pebbles around the high tide mark. Naturists tend to turn right and walk along to the cliffs. The sea here is very, very shallow - ideal for swimming/paddling. No facilities, but well worthwhile for the peace and quiet. Not an official nudist beach but so little used that nudity is not a problem at all.

Getting There

From Pendine, take the un-numbered road to Amroth. The hamlet of Marro's is about 2 miles. If travelling from the opposite direction, take the coast road from Amroth towards Pendine. The hamlet of Marro's is about 3 miles from Amroth. At Marros, park in the free car park of the Norman Church (may not be available on Sundays, though there is limited roadside parking. Follow the unmade road down to the beach. Note that this is a good 20-minutes walk AND 30 minutes on the way back as it is all uphill!!
