Golden Sands - Nude Beach Nirvana

A small clean nudist/naturist beach located in "Golden Sands" resort. The nearest big city is Varna. During the spring, summer and autumn it is visited primarily from Bulgarians, but during the summer the beach becomes really crowded and you may meet people from most European countries like England, Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and others. Most of the visitors are middle aged (40+) or older, but it is not an exception to meet younger people, couples or families with kids."Nirvana" beach consists of two parts - a textile beach and a nudist beach. During the summer season they are divided by a long fence and a beach bar (restaurant). Both beaches are free to visit for pedestrians. There are free zones as well as paid zones (for using/renting umbrellas and beach beds). To go to the nudist beach you should pass by the textile beach.

Both parts of the beach have life guards during the summer.

On the nudist beach you may use for free a shower and a dressing room (nobody is using it obviously).On the textile beach you may use for free showers and dressing rooms. There are also toilets, medical center, volleyball net and a bigger restaurant.

There is a third, non official part of the beach, more north of the nudist beach. When you reach the rocks, you will see another secluded narrow beach. It is wild and unguarded. It is used as an additional nudist beach and sometimes more like a hedonistic beach. Primarily gay people go to this part. Further north there is another small official textile beach that is dedicated for camping "Laguna". There is no fence between the two.

The whole beach consists of fine grained sand and at certain spots some tiny shells. There are no big hard rocks. The water is almost transparent when there are no waves. Sometimes it is fully clean, but sometimes you may see seaweed, jelly fishes or some small fishes, depending on the month of the year. You may go up to 30-40 meters into the sea until your shoulders are covered with water.

If you come by a car, you may park it right before entering the beach, but you will have to pay a day tax. The parking is not so big, so coming by a car is recommended early in the morning.
